Soy flour toasted is obtained from Indian non-GMO healthy golden-yellow soybean seeds. The simplest form of soy protein, our soy flour toasted is protein-rich, fat-free and good in taste. It is packed hygienically with no added artificial flavours and in high demand among buyers.
Enhances the overall quality characteristics of baked items. It’s lack of residue and off-taste retains the original flavours of the goods while adding moisture that adds to the shelf life.
Used for fortification of cereals, all purpose blends, replacement for nonfat milk, diet and baby food. High oil content makes it an ideal non dusty premix base and improves mixing tolerance.
Used as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces and as a supplement to wheat flour. Soy flour is also used to prepare soy milk, soy yogurt and soy paneer (TOFU).
Soy flour can be used in medicines, chemicals and even as glue in wood manufacturing. Soy flour in combination with soy isolate was in earlier times used as a coating for wallpaper.
